Try this first
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Clear your cache or open a private window (Cmd+Shift+N in Chrome).
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
- Turn off ad blockers and VPNs — they often interfere with the payment module.
- Make sure the name and billing address match exactly what's on your card.
- If the card is declined, call your bank: a jewellery purchase often triggers a fraud check.
If the error keeps happening
Try a different payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or another card. You can also order by phone at (514) 270-7000 or in store.
