I'm getting a checkout error — what should I do?

A checkout error is almost always tied to your browser, your card, or a temporary bank hold. Here's what to try before reaching out.

Try this first

  1. Refresh the page and try again.
  2. Clear your cache or open a private window (Cmd+Shift+N in Chrome).
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).
  4. Turn off ad blockers and VPNs — they often interfere with the payment module.
  5. Make sure the name and billing address match exactly what's on your card.
  6. If the card is declined, call your bank: a jewellery purchase often triggers a fraud check.

If the error keeps happening

Try a different payment method: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or another card. You can also order by phone at (514) 270-7000 or in store.
