Enter your promo code in the Discount code field on the checkout page, right before the tax summary. Only one code can be applied per order.
Steps
- Go to checkout with your items in the cart.
- Below the order summary, click Discount code.
- Type the code exactly as received (codes are space-sensitive).
- Click Apply. The discount appears immediately in the total.
If the code is rejected
Check: - Expiration: most codes have an end date. - Conditions: some codes only work on certain collections, above a minimum order, or for new customers. - Excluded items: engagement rings, pure gold, and custom pieces are often excluded. - Extra spaces before or after the code when you paste it. - One code at a time — an already-applied code blocks the second.
