If you received an email with an order number (format #BJ-12345), your order is on file with us. If you're not sure, we can check in two minutes.
How to check
- Search your inbox for the subject "Your Bijouterie Jamil order confirmation".
- Check your spam / junk folder and Gmail's Promotions tab.
- Sign in to your account on bjamil.com and go to My orders.
- Check your card statement: a charge confirms the payment went through.
If you can't find anything
The order may not have gone through — an error message, a closed page, or a declined card can interrupt it. Check your bank statement: no charge means no order.
If you see a charge but no email, write to us right away. We can find the order from your email or name.
What to send us
- Your full name
- The email you used at checkout
- The amount and approximate date
- The product name
