We can correct billing details as long as the order hasn't been closed in our books. Reach out right away with the right information.
What we can change
- Billing address
- Name on the invoice (if there's a typo)
- Business GST / QST numbers (if you're buying through a company)
- Contact phone and email
What we can't change
- The payment method once the transaction is approved. To switch cards, we have to cancel and re-place the order.
- The payer on file (the invoice stays in the name of the person who paid).
Steps
- Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Billing change — #BJ-XXXXX".
- List the correction line by line.
- We'll send the updated invoice as a PDF the same day.
