How do I remove an item from my order?

As long as the order hasn't shipped, we can remove an item and refund the difference to your original payment method. The refund shows on your statement within 3 to 5 business days.

Steps

  1. Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Remove item — #BJ-XXXXX".
  2. Specify the item to remove (name + variant number from the invoice if visible).
  3. We confirm by email and process the refund the same day.
  4. You receive an updated invoice as a PDF.

Special cases

  • Custom or engraved piece: if production has started, removal may not be possible or may carry a fee. We'll tell you before going ahead.
  • One-of-a-kind in-stock piece: we put it back on sale, no charge to you.
  • Order paid by bank transfer: refund goes back via Interac within 24 hours.
