An order can be cancelled at no charge as long as it hasn't shipped and no custom piece is in production. Reach out as early as possible.
How to cancel
- Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Cancel — #BJ-XXXXX".
- Confirm your name and the email you used at checkout.
- We confirm the cancellation by reply and trigger the refund.
- The refund hits your card in 3 to 5 business days (credit card) or 24 hours (Interac).
When cancellation isn't free
- Custom piece already in production: a deposit (typically 30 to 50%) is held to cover the work done.
- Personalized engraving already applied to the piece.
- Order already shipped: that's no longer a cancellation, it's a return. See our returns policy.
