We can resend your invoice as a PDF the same day. Useful for insurance, employer reimbursement, customs declarations, or just your records.
How to get one
- Sign in to your account on bjamil.com and go to My orders → Download invoice.
- If you ordered as a guest, email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Invoice copy — #BJ-XXXXX".
- We'll send the official PDF, up to date, with GST and QST broken out.
What's on the invoice
- Order number
- Purchase date
- Item details (description, metal, karat, weight if applicable)
- Subtotal, GST (5%), QST (9.975%), total
- Payment method
- Our GST and QST numbers (handy for bookkeeping)
For business purchases
If you want the invoice in a company name with its GST / QST numbers, just mention it. We can reissue the invoice at no charge.
For insurance
We can also provide a signed appraisal for insurance by our jeweller — see our appraisal guide. It's different from an invoice and often required by insurers above $2,500 CAD.
