If the piece you want isn't in stock or is made on demand, we can often order it for you, build it custom, or source it through our suppliers. That's what we've been doing for 60 years.
How it works
- Write to us at info@bjamil.com or book a visit in store.
- We confirm availability, lead time, and exact price (taxes included).
- For custom pieces, a 30 to 50% deposit is required to start production.
- We send progress photos during the work.
- Once the piece is ready, we settle the balance and ship — or welcome you in store for the handover.
Typical lead times
- Special order through a supplier: 1 to 3 weeks
- Custom ring (wax, casting, setting): 4 to 6 weeks
- Hand-signed piece by our master jeweller: 6 to 10 weeks depending on complexity
For engagements and anniversaries, plan ahead — we do our best work without last-minute pressure.
