My delivery is late — what's going on?

Quick answer

Most delays are short and resolve on their own within 1–3 business days. Weather, customs, and high-volume periods (December, Mother's Day, Valentine's) are the usual causes. If your tracking has not updated in 3+ business days, reach out and we will open a carrier investigation.

What to do

  1. Check the tracking page for the latest scan and any exception notes from the carrier.
  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order is correct.
  3. Wait 1–3 business days past the original ETA before flagging — most delays self-resolve.
  4. If tracking is stuck or the package is more than 5 business days late, contact us with your order number.
