I received the wrong item — how do I get the right one?

Quick answer

Sorry about that. Send us a photo of what you received and your order number, and we will ship the correct piece right away with a prepaid return label for the wrong one. There is no cost to you for our error.

What to do

  1. Photograph the item you received, including any tags or certificate.
  2. Email us within 48 hours with the photos and your order number.
  3. We confirm the mix-up and ship the correct item, usually within 1–2 business days.
  4. Drop off the wrong item using the prepaid return label we send you.

  • Photo of the packing slip
