Why does my order require a signature, and what if I miss it?

Quick answer

All Bijouterie Jamil shipments require an adult signature on delivery — it's how we keep your jewellery safe and insured. If you miss the first attempt, the carrier will leave a notice and try again the next business day, then hold the package at a nearby pickup point.

What to do

  1. Watch your tracking for the estimated delivery window — most carriers narrow it to a few hours the morning of.
  2. If you can't be home, redirect to a workplace or pickup location through the carrier's site.
  3. If you miss the first attempt, check the door notice — it tells you the next attempt date or pickup location.
  4. Bring a photo ID matching the order name when you pick it up.
