Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Quick answer

If your order has not shipped yet, yes — contact us immediately and we will update the label. Once shipped, we can sometimes reroute through the carrier, but it depends on where the package is and may incur a fee.

What to do

  1. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
  2. If unshipped, we update the label at no cost.
  3. If shipped, we file a reroute request with the carrier — most carriers charge $15–$25 CAD for this.
  4. If reroute isn't possible, we wait for the package to return to us and reship to the new address.

  • Tracking number if already shipped
