How to submit a request

- Your full name
- The email address tied to your account
- The type of request (access, correction, deletion)
- A piece of ID (driver's licence or passport) for verification — we destroy it after verification
What can be deleted
- Customer profile (name, address, phone, email)
- Browsing history and marketing preferences
- Customer service tickets
What we must keep
Some information must be retained to comply with other laws:
- Invoices and receipts: 6 years (Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec requirement)
- Cash4Gold transactions: as required by the Quebec Pawnbrokers Act and municipal regulations
- Active warranties: for the duration of the warranty
Processing timeline
