Can I exchange my piece for something else?

Quick answer

Yes — we welcome exchanges within 30 days of delivery for store credit toward any other piece in stock or a custom order. The item must be unworn, in original packaging with all certificates. Custom, engraved and final-sale pieces can't be exchanged.

What qualifies for exchange

  • In-stock pieces returned unworn within 30 days
  • Original box, certificates and pouches included
  • Proof of purchase from Bijouterie Jamil

Exchange options

  • Different size of the same piece (see size exchange)
  • Different model at equal or greater value (you pay the difference)
  • Store credit valid 24 months on anything we sell

How it works

  1. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number, the piece you have and what you'd like instead
  2. We confirm eligibility within 1 business day
  3. Ship the piece back insured to our Montréal store, or bring it in
  4. Once we inspect, we apply the value as store credit and process the new order
  5. If the new piece costs more, we send a payment link; if less, the balance stays as credit

What to have ready

  • Order number
  • Photo of the piece in its box
  • The model or style you'd like to exchange into (link or SKU helps)
