Can I exchange my piece for a completely different item?

Quick answer

Yes — within 30 days of delivery, you can exchange any unworn, non-custom piece for store credit toward any other item we sell, in stock or made to order. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference; if less, the balance stays as store credit valid 24 months.

What you can exchange into

  • Any in-stock piece on bjamil.com
  • A custom or made-to-order build (we'll quote the difference)
  • A loose diamond or coloured stone
  • A repair or restoration credit
  • A future engagement ring deposit

How it works

  1. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and what you'd like instead (link or SKU helps)
  2. We confirm eligibility and the value to be applied
  3. Ship the piece back insured or bring it in
  4. After inspection, we apply the credit and process the new order
  5. New piece ships once any balance is paid

What to have ready

  • Order number
  • Photo of the piece in its original box
  • Link, SKU or description of the new piece

Important

The original piece must be unworn, in original packaging with all certificates and accessories. Engraved, custom and final-sale items cannot be exchanged.
