My refund amount looks wrong — how do I get it corrected?

Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and the amount you expected versus the amount you received. We'll review the calculation within 1 business day and either explain the difference or correct it.

Common reasons the amount differs

  • Original shipping fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns (we refund it for damaged or wrong items)
  • Discount or promo was applied at checkout, so the refund reflects the discounted price
  • Restocking fee for partial returns from a multi-piece order at a tier discount (rare)
  • Currency exchange — if you paid in USD via PayPal, the refund converts at the day-of-refund rate, not the day of purchase
  • GST and QST are refunded proportionally
  • Resizing or engraving fees added after order are non-refundable
  • Gift wrap charge is non-refundable

How we calculate the refund

Original item price (after promo) + GST + QST – any non-refundable services = refund total. Original shipping is added back only for our errors or defects.

  5. We pull the order detail and reply with a line-by-line breakdown within 1 business day
  6. If we made an error, we issue the difference within 3 business days
