How login works

Bijouterie Jamil uses Shopify customer accounts. You enter your email and we send you a 6-digit code valid for 15 minutes. No password to remember.

Troubleshooting steps

  1. Check the email address. Use the one tied to your most recent order.
  2. Look for the code. The email arrives from "Shop" or "Bijouterie Jamil". Check spam and trash folders.
  3. Enter the code quickly. It expires after 15 minutes.
  4. Try a different browser. Safari, Chrome, or Firefox in private mode often fixes cookie issues.
  5. Temporarily disable your VPN or ad blocker.

If nothing works

Email info@bjamil.com with:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for login
  • A screenshot of the error message
  • The browser and device you're using (iPhone, Android, desktop)
