Where can I see my past orders?

Quick answer: Log in to your account on bjamil.com, click the Account icon, then Orders. You'll find every online order with status, tracking number, and invoice.

How to access your history

  1. Go to bjamil.com and log in with the code sent to your email
  2. Click the Account icon at the top right
  3. Select Orders from the menu
  4. Click an order to see details: items, total paid, tracking, PDF invoice

If an order is missing

A few possible reasons:

  • Different email address. The order may be tied to another email. Search your inbox for "Order confirmation Bijouterie Jamil".
  • In-store purchase. Sales at our Sainte-Catherine Street store don't appear online. Request your invoice directly at info@bjamil.com.
  • Guest checkout. If you didn't create an account at the time, the order isn't linked. Create an account with the same email — Shopify will link it automatically.

To retrieve an invoice

Click the order, then View invoice or Print. For in-store purchases or older orders, email info@bjamil.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Approximate purchase date
  • A description of the item

We pull the invoice from our archives and send a PDF within 1 to 2 business days.
