The promo code field isn't working

Quick answer : If the promo code field doesn't appear or won't accept your code, first check that the code is valid and typed exactly as received (no spaces). The field is on the "Summary" step of the cart or checkout.

  • Copy-paste the code instead of typing it
  • Check there's no space before or after the code
  • Make sure the code isn't expired
  • Verify the items in your cart qualify for the promotion
  • Refresh the page and try again
