Can you send me a prepaid return label?

Quick answer

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, yes — we'll email you a prepaid, fully insured return label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping (jewellery must be sent insured to its full value).

When we cover the label

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • We shipped the wrong piece, size or finish
  • The order doesn't match what you bought

When you cover the shipping

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered (we'll cover for size exchange under 30 days, see size exchange)
  • Gift you don't want

How to request a label

  1. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and reason
  2. If covered, we'll send a Purolator or Canada Post Xpresspost label within 1 business day with a $5,000+ insurance declaration
  3. Print, attach to your packed box, and drop off at any Purolator or Canada Post counter
  4. Keep the receipt until we confirm we've received the piece

What to have ready

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue (for damage or wrong-item claims)
  • Your shipping address
  • Email used at checkout
