Yes — you can return one or more pieces from a multi-item order while keeping the rest. The same eligibility rules apply (14-day window, unworn condition, original packaging) and the refund will be prorated for the items returned, including the matching GST and QST.

How partial returns work

• Each line item is treated independently
• Refund = item price + proportional GST/QST – non-refundable services
• If you used a multi-item discount (e.g. "buy 2 get 10% off"), the discount may be recalculated on the items you keep
• Original shipping is not refunded on partial returns unless the entire order is returned and the items shipped were defective

How to start

1. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and the specific items (line numbers or product names) you want to return
2. We confirm eligibility and the refund value within 1 business day
3. Pack only the items being returned in their original boxes with all certificates
4. Ship insured to our Montréal store (or use the prepaid label if applicable)
5. We inspect each item and refund accordingly

Discount recalculation example

If you bought 3 chains at "buy 3 save $50" and return 1, the remaining 2 no longer qualify for the discount. The $50 discount comes off your refund.
