Quick answer
Sale items (regular discount, promotion) can be returned within 14 days under the standard policy. Final-sale items are not returnable or exchangeable — that's clearly marked on the product page and your receipt.
How to tell the difference
- Discounted — listed at a percentage off but with no "final sale" tag → returnable
- Final sale — clearly labelled "Final Sale / Vente finale" on the product page, in the cart, in the checkout summary and in your order confirmation → not returnable
- Clearance — almost always final sale; check the listing
- Sample sale or pop-up event — final sale unless we say otherwise in writing
What's never returnable
- Custom and engraved pieces
- Worn or altered jewellery
- Earrings for pierced ears
- Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase
How to check your order
- Open your order confirmation email
- Look for "Final Sale" next to each line item
- If unsure, email support@bjamil.com with your order number and we'll confirm

Why we have this rule
Final-sale pricing is sharp because we don't carry the cost of returns or restocking. It's the trade for the discount.
