Email support@bjamil.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. We'll confirm eligibility within 1 business day and send you packing and shipping instructions for our Montréal store.
Steps
- Check your window — returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- Email us at support@bjamil.com with your order number and a photo of the piece in its original box
- Wait for confirmation — we'll reply within 1 business day with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the piece in its original box with all certificates, pouches and accessories
- Ship it insured to the address we provide, with your RA number on the outside of the outer carton (not the jewellery box)
- Track delivery and keep the receipt until your refund clears
What to have ready
- Order number (BJ-XXXXX)
- Full name and email used at checkout
- Photo of the piece
- Reason for the return
Important
Don't ship the piece back before getting an RA number. Returns received without one may be delayed or refused. Never write "jewellery" or "diamond" on the outside of the box.
