Quick answer: You can update your phone number and contact details directly in your account on bjamil.com. To change your primary email address, you'll need to email us — Shopify doesn't let you change it yourself since it's your login identifier.
Update your phone number
- Log in to bjamil.com
- Click the Account icon, then Profile
- Click Edit next to your number
- Enter the new number and save
The change is immediate. The new number will be used for delivery notifications and SMS confirmations if you've opted in.
Update your email address
Since your email is your login identifier, changes must go through our team for security reasons. Email info@bjamil.com with:
- Your full name
- The old email address
- The new email to use
- A recent order number for identity verification
We process requests within 1 business day. You'll receive confirmation at both addresses.
Why the verification step?
Your email gives access to your purchase history, certificates, and invoices. We want to be sure the request is coming from you, not from a third party who may have temporary access.
