I left a public review — can you reply or follow up?

Quick answer

Yes. If you posted a review on Google, Facebook, or elsewhere and you're expecting a follow-up, email us at info@bjamil.com with the review link and your order number. We reply within 1 business day — privately first, publicly afterwards if you'd like.

What we need from you

  • Direct link to the review (or platform + the name you used)
  • Order number if applicable
  • Your full name and email
  • What you'd like: private follow-up, public reply, or a fix to the situation

How we handle reviews

  1. Positive reviews: we thank you publicly and personally. If you named a team member, we make sure they get credit.
  2. Negative reviews: we reply publicly with a sincere apology and an invitation to take it private so we can fix it. No defensive responses — that's not how we operate.
  3. Mixed reviews: we thank you, acknowledge the issue raised, and offer a follow-up if it makes sense.

If you want to remove or update a review

That's entirely your right, and we'll never ask a customer to take down an honest review. If we resolve your situation and you want to update your review on your own, it's appreciated, but it's your call.

When to escalate

If you're not happy with how we followed up on a review, ask for Mr. Khazzoum, the owner, to take the file personally.
