Quick answer
Thank you for letting us know — that's exactly the right instinct. Forward the suspicious email to security@bjamil.com without clicking any links or opening any attachments. Our team will review it, and if it's phishing, we'll take steps to protect other customers.
How to spot a fake email
- The sender is not from a @bjamil.com domain
- Spelling mistakes or awkward English/French
- Urgent demands for payment, password, or card details
- Links that redirect to a site that looks like ours but has a different URL
- Unexpected attachments (PDF invoices, ZIP files)
What we will never do
- Ask for your password by email
- Ask for your full credit card number or PIN
- Send you a link to "reactivate" your account
- Threaten to cancel an order if you don't pay within the hour
Steps to take
- Don't click any links in the suspicious email.
- Forward the original email to security@bjamil.com (don't retype it — we need the headers).
- Delete the email after forwarding.
- If you already clicked a link or entered any details, change your Bjamil password and your email password right away.
What we do next
We analyze the email, report the fraudulent domain to our provider, and warn other customers if needed. Your reports help us protect the whole community.
