When will I get my refund and how?

Quick answer

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We process the refund on our end within 1 to 2 business days of approving the return. After that, your bank or wallet typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. Interac e-Transfer refunds are faster — usually same day to 48 hours.

Timing by payment method

  • Visa / Mastercard / Amex — 5 to 10 business days after we process
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — same as the underlying card (5 to 10 business days)
  • Shop Pay — 3 to 7 business days
  • Interac e-Transfer — same day to 48 hours
  • Store credit — instant once we issue it

These are our processor's averages — your bank can occasionally be slower at month-end.

How to track it

  1. Watch for our refund confirmation email — it includes the refund ID and amount.
  2. Check your card statement starting 3 business days later.
  3. If 10 business days have passed and you still don't see it, contact us with the refund ID.

Partial refunds

If the order included multiple items and you're only returning one, the refund covers that item plus the proportional Québec tax (14.975%). Shipping is refunded only if the return was caused by us (wrong item, defect).

  • Refund confirmation email or refund ID
  • Last 4 digits of the original card
  • Screenshot of your statement if the refund is overdue
