How do I check or use my store credit?

Quick answer

If you have store credit at Bijouterie Jamil — from a return, a gift, or a Cash4Gold transaction — it's tied to your customer profile. You can see the balance in your account on bjamil.com, or ask us at the store. To use it, log in before checking out and the credit will appear as a payment option.

Checking your balance

  1. Log into your account on bjamil.com (top right).
  2. Go to My Account → Store Credit or Wallet.
  3. The balance shows in CAD, including any tax already applied.
  4. If you don't have an account yet, sign up with the email used on the original transaction — we'll link the credit automatically.

Using it at checkout

  • Online — make sure you're logged in. At the payment step, choose Store credit as your method (or in addition to a card if the order is larger than your balance).
  • In store — show your ID or the email on file and we'll apply the credit at the register.

Store credit covers the full purchase including the 14.975% Québec tax. If your credit is smaller than the order total, you can pay the rest with any of our usual methods.

Expiry and rules

  • Store credit at Bijouterie Jamil does not expire
  • Non-transferable — tied to the original customer
  • Can be used on any product, including custom and special orders
  • Cannot be converted back to cash unless required by Québec consumer law

What to have ready

  • The email on file
  • Order number from the original transaction (if from a return)
  • Your store credit reference number, if we sent you one
