How do I know my order was received?

If you received an email with an order number (format #BJ-12345), your order is on file with us. If you're not sure, we can check in two minutes.

How to check

  1. Search your inbox for the subject "Your Bijouterie Jamil order confirmation".
  2. Check your spam / junk folder and Gmail's Promotions tab.
  3. Sign in to your account on bjamil.com and go to My orders.
  4. Check your card statement: a charge confirms the payment went through.

If you can't find anything

The order may not have gone through — an error message, a closed page, or a declined card can interrupt it. Check your bank statement: no charge means no order.

If you see a charge but no email, write to us right away. We can find the order from your email or name.

What to send us

  • Your full name
  • The email you used at checkout
  • The amount and approximate date
  • The product name
