I didn't get my order confirmation email

The confirmation email is sent automatically a few minutes after you order. If it's not in your inbox, there's almost always a simple explanation.

Check first

  1. Spam / junk folder — this is the most common spot.
  2. Promotions tab in Gmail.
  3. Mistyped address — one missing character and the email goes nowhere.
  4. Filters or automatic rules that may have moved it.
  5. Sign in to My orders on bjamil.com to see your history.

If you still can't find it

Write to us: we'll resend the confirmation to the right address within minutes. We can also correct the email address on your order if it was mistyped.

What to send us

  • Your full name
  • The email you used at checkout (and the correct one, if different)
  • The order number if you have it
  • The date and approximate amount
