The confirmation email is sent automatically a few minutes after you order. If it's not in your inbox, there's almost always a simple explanation.
Check first
- Spam / junk folder — this is the most common spot.
- Promotions tab in Gmail.
- Mistyped address — one missing character and the email goes nowhere.
- Filters or automatic rules that may have moved it.
- Sign in to My orders on bjamil.com to see your history.
If you still can't find it
Write to us: we'll resend the confirmation to the right address within minutes. We can also correct the email address on your order if it was mistyped.
What to send us
- Your full name
- The email you used at checkout (and the correct one, if different)
- The order number if you have it
- The date and approximate amount
