As long as your order hasn't shipped, we can update the shipping address at no charge. Write to us as fast as possible — most orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours.
What to do
- Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Address change — order #BJ-XXXXX".
- Include the full new address (number, street, apt., city, province, postal code).
- Mention whether it's a residence or a business.
- Wait for our confirmation before treating the change as final.
If the order has already shipped
We can no longer update the address from our side, but you can: - Create a Canada Post / Purolator account and request a package redirect (usually paid). - Ask to leave the package at a pickup point. - Refuse delivery so it comes back to us, then we re-ship to the right address (re-shipping fee on you).
