If your order hasn't shipped yet and the piece isn't in production, we can often adjust the size, metal, or stone type. Write to us as fast as possible.
What we can change
- Ring size (often possible up until shipping)
- Metal colour (yellow, white, rose gold) if the item comes in that variant
- Karat (10K, 14K, 18K) depending on availability
- Centre stone on certain customizable pieces
What can block the change
- The piece is already in production (custom orders start fast)
- It's a one-of-a-kind in-stock piece already set aside for you
- Shipping is already prepared
If the change creates a price difference, we'll charge or refund you before going ahead.
Steps
- Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Item change — #BJ-XXXXX".
- Spell out the item and the exact change (e.g. "switch from 14K yellow to 18K white, size 6.5").
- Wait for written confirmation before treating the change as final.
