How do I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled at no charge as long as it hasn't shipped and no custom piece is in production. Reach out as early as possible.

How to cancel

  1. Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Cancel — #BJ-XXXXX".
  2. Confirm your name and the email you used at checkout.
  3. We confirm the cancellation by reply and trigger the refund.
  4. The refund hits your card in 3 to 5 business days (credit card) or 24 hours (Interac).

When cancellation isn't free

  • Custom piece already in production: a deposit (typically 30 to 50%) is held to cover the work done.
  • Personalized engraving already applied to the piece.
  • Order already shipped: that's no longer a cancellation, it's a return. See our returns policy.

What to send us

  • Order number
  • Full name and email
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but useful)
