If you placed two orders back to back and neither has shipped, we can combine them into one shipment and refund one of the shipping charges. Reach out right away.
How it works
- Email info@bjamil.com with the subject "Merge orders — #BJ-XXXXX and #BJ-YYYYY".
- Confirm which shipping address to use (both must match to merge).
- We check that both orders are ready at the same time.
- We combine, refund the shipping difference, and send you a consolidated invoice.
Conditions
- Both orders must be in the same name and to the same address.
- Neither can have shipped already.
- If one order contains a custom piece, we wait until it's ready before shipping both together. We'll keep you posted.
