A gift receipt is a proof of purchase without the price — useful if the gift recipient wants an exchange or a resize without knowing what was paid. It's free, just ask.
How to get one
- At checkout, in "Notes for the merchant", write "Gift receipt please".
- Or email info@bjamil.com after ordering with the subject "Gift receipt — #BJ-XXXXX".
- We slip a gift-receipt card into the package, or send it as a PDF by email.
What's on a gift receipt
- Purchase date
- Item description
- Order number
- Our contact info for exchange or resize
Not shown: amount paid, payment method, buyer's name (if you prefer).
What a gift receipt allows
- Exchange within 30 days for an item of equal or greater value
- Ring resize, free the first time
- Store credit if the item doesn't suit
A cash refund stays restricted to the original buyer, with proof of transaction.
