I think my package is lost — what happens now?

Quick answer

Every Bijouterie Jamil shipment is fully insured for its declared value. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we replace the item or refund you in full — your call. The investigation usually takes 5–10 business days.

What to do

  1. Contact us as soon as you suspect the package is lost (typically 5+ business days past ETA with no movement).
  2. We open a formal investigation with Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx on your behalf.
  3. The carrier searches their network — usually 5 to 10 business days.
  4. Once they confirm loss, we ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 2 business days.

What to have ready

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Shipping address used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue
