If your order has not shipped yet, we can add notes (e.g. "leave at side door", "buzz unit 4") on the label. Once it's in the carrier's hands, you'll need to manage instructions through Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx directly using their delivery management tools.
What to do
- Check your order confirmation — if you have not received a shipping email yet, contact us right away.
- If shipped, log in to the carrier's site (canadapost.ca, purolator.com, fedex.com) using your tracking number to update preferences.
- Most carriers let you redirect, hold for pickup, or authorize release at the door.
- Note that signature-required shipments cannot be left without a signature.
