My package is being returned to sender — what happens?

Packages are returned to us when delivery fails (wrong address, no signature after multiple attempts, refused). Once it lands back at our Montréal store, we contact you to confirm the correct address and reship at no extra cost in most cases.

  2. We email you as soon as it arrives back at the store.
  3. Confirm the correct delivery address and any updates needed.
  4. We reship — usually free of charge for first-time delivery failures.
