Sometimes we split an order to ship in-stock items right away while finishing a custom or made-to-order piece. You'll get a separate tracking number for each package, and there's no extra shipping cost — we cover it.
What to do
- Check your email for multiple "shipped" notifications, each with its own tracking number.
- Track each package separately using its own link.
- If only one tracking number arrived but you expected two, contact us and we will check.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces typically ship 2–4 weeks after the main package.
