Yes — every Bijouterie Jamil shipment is fully insured for its declared value, at no extra cost to you. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we replace the item or refund you in full once the carrier confirms the issue.
What to do
- Insurance is automatically applied to every order — nothing to opt into.
- For high-value orders ($5,000 CAD+), we use signature-required insured service through Purolator or FedEx.
- If something goes wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or once tracking confirms loss).
- We handle the carrier claim — you don't need to file anything yourself.
