- An order placed in your name that you don't recognize
- A change to your address, phone, or email that you didn't authorize
- A login email (6-digit code) you didn't request
- An email from Bijouterie Jamil that looks fraudulent or off
What to do immediately
- Don't click any links in a suspicious email.
- Email info@bjamil.com with as much detail as possible:
- Your full name
- The email tied to your account
- A description of what you saw
- Screenshots of any suspicious email or message
- Check your bank statements for any charges you don't recognize. Contact your bank if you find one.
- Change your passwords on services that share your email address (Gmail, bank, etc.).
What we do on our side
- Immediate account suspension during the investigation
