I see suspicious activity on my account

Quick answer: If you see an order you didn't place, an unauthorized address change, or a login email you didn't request, write to us immediately at info@bjamil.com. We suspend the account within 1 business hour and investigate.

What counts as suspicious activity

  • An order placed in your name that you don't recognize
  • A change to your address, phone, or email that you didn't authorize
  • A login email (6-digit code) you didn't request
  • An email from Bijouterie Jamil that looks fraudulent or off

What to do immediately

  1. Don't click any links in a suspicious email.
  2. Email info@bjamil.com with as much detail as possible:
  3. Your full name
  4. The email tied to your account
  5. A description of what you saw
  6. Screenshots of any suspicious email or message
  7. Check your bank statements for any charges you don't recognize. Contact your bank if you find one.
  8. Change your passwords on services that share your email address (Gmail, bank, etc.).

What we do on our side

  • Immediate account suspension during the investigation
  • Review of recent logins on the Shopify side
  • Cancellation and refund of any fraudulent order
  • Internal report and, if needed, escalation to Shopify Fraud Protection

How to protect yourself going forward

  • Don't reuse the same email on low-reputation sites
  • Be wary of emails demanding urgent payment or action
  • Bijouterie Jamil will never ask for your card number by email or phone
  • All our emails come from the @bjamil.com domain
