Why we verify
Fine jewellery is a frequent target for fraudsters using stolen cards and shipping the goods elsewhere. Our system automatically holds these orders — not to block you, but to protect you in case the transaction isn't yours.
What we need from you
- Order number
- Full billing name
- Email confirmation that the shipping address is correct
- In some cases, a piece of ID or the last 4 digits of the card used
Steps
- Reply to our verification email.
- Confirm the shipping address and recipient name.
- We validate and release the order within 24 business hours.
Tips for gift orders
- Add "Gift" in the order notes at checkout
- Make sure the recipient name is correct (buzzer, office, etc.)
- If you're shipping to a hotel or Airbnb, mention it — we'll ask for extra details
What we can't do
We can't change the shipping address after verification without restarting the validation process. Best to confirm it right at checkout.
