Quick answer
Yes, as long as you haven't shipped the piece yet. Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and the Return Authorization (RA) number we sent you, and we'll close out the return on our end. If you've already shipped, the piece will come back to us and we'll either send it back or process the refund as planned — your call.
If you haven't shipped yet
- Email support@bjamil.com referencing your RA number
- We close the return ticket within 1 business day
- Keep the piece — no further action needed
If you've already shipped
- The piece is on its way to us
- Email us right away — we'll flag the incoming package
- When it arrives, we can:
- Refuse delivery and send it back to you (you cover the return shipping unless we already paid the original label)
- Refund as planned if you still want the refund
- Reship at no cost within 7 business days of receipt if you want it back

- Order number
- Return Authorization (RA) number
- Tracking number (if shipped)
- Your decision: refuse, refund or reship
Important
If we already issued a prepaid return label and you don't ship within 14 days, we'll automatically close the RA. You can re-request a return later if still within the eligibility window.
