Quick answer
For rings, bracelets and chains, we offer one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Most rings can also be resized in our Montréal workshop instead of exchanged. Custom and engraved pieces are not eligible.
Two paths
Resize (recommended for rings) — faster, keeps the exact piece you bought. Most settings can go ±2 sizes. Turnaround: 5–7 business days in our workshop.
Exchange for a different size — useful for chains, bangles and pieces that can't be resized. We send a new size from stock and you return the original.
How to start
- Email support@bjamil.com with your order number and the new size needed
- We confirm whether resize or exchange is the better path within 1 business day
- Ship the piece back insured (or bring it to the store)
- Once received and inspected, we ship the new size or complete the resize
- The first size exchange is free; additional exchanges may incur a workshop fee
What to have ready
- Order number
- Current size and target size (in mm or Canadian/US ring size)
- Photo of the piece if possible
Sizing tip
Not sure of your size? We'll send a free plastic ring sizer or you can come into the store. Fingers swell in summer and Montréal humidity — measure twice.
