I received a Bijouterie Jamil piece as a gift — can I return it?

Quick answer

Yes. Gift recipients can return eligible pieces within 14 days of delivery for store credit only (no cash refund to the recipient — that protects the gift-giver). The piece must be unworn, in original packaging with certificates.

How gift returns work

  • The original buyer is never notified of the return — your privacy is respected
  • Refund goes back to the recipient as store credit valid 24 months
  • Store credit can be used online or in our Montréal store
  • Custom, engraved and final-sale pieces cannot be returned

How to start

  1. Email support@bjamil.com with the gift-giver's name, the approximate purchase date and a photo of the piece in its box (or a packing slip if you have one)
  2. We'll locate the order and confirm eligibility within 1 business day
  3. We'll send return instructions and an insured shipping label option
  4. Once inspected, we issue store credit to your email

  • Photo of the piece in its original box
  • Your email and shipping address

What we won't do

  • We won't reveal the price paid
  • We won't notify the gift-giver
  • We won't refund the gift-giver's card without their request
