Quick answer: Welcome offers are sent automatically within 15 minutes of subscribing. If you don't see it, check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, email us and we'll resend the offer manually.
Checks to run
- Spam or promotions tab. Gmail often files first sends under "Promotions". Search for "Bijouterie Jamil" or "bjamil".
- Address typed correctly. A typo at signup blocks delivery. Try again, checking the spelling.
- 15-minute delay. Delivery can take a few minutes.
- Inbox filters. If you've blocked unknown senders, the email won't arrive.
To get your code manually
Email info@bjamil.com with:
- Your full name
- The email address you signed up with
- The name of the offer or the page where you saw it (e.g., "10% signup")
- A screenshot if possible
We'll check your subscription in Klaviyo and resend a valid code within 1 business day.
