Why your order is on hold

Bijouterie Jamil verifies certain orders when our system flags something worth a closer look — billing address, unusual amount, first-time purchase, or a mismatch between the shipping address and the card on file. It's a standard step in fine jewellery, especially for higher-value pieces.

What we need from you

  • Your order number (starts with BJM)
  • Full name used at checkout
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A supporting document if requested (recent bank statement or government ID)

Steps to take

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for our verification email.
  2. Reply directly to that email with the requested information.
  3. We review your file within 24 business hours.
  4. Once cleared, your order moves to fulfillment and you receive a shipping confirmation.

What we can't do

Without completed verification, we can't ship your order or make changes to it. That's a protection — for you and for us.
