The payment page shows an error

Quick answer : If the payment page (credit card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay) won't load or shows an error, your card has not been charged. No amount is taken until the order is confirmed.

Steps to try

  • Refresh the page
  • Try a different payment method (different card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay)
  • Clear cache and try a private window
  • Test on a different device
  • Disable VPN if active

If you see multiple "pending" charges

  • Failed attempts can appear as temporary holds on your statement
  • They drop off automatically within 3 to 7 business days
