How it works

- Email us within 14 days of your original purchase with your order number and a screenshot of the new price.
- We verify the price and the eligibility of the item.
- We refund the difference (including the proportional Québec tax of 14.975%) to your original payment method, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You'll see it on your card 5 to 10 business days later.

- Cash4Gold or pre-owned pieces — priced based on current market and condition

- Promotional or limited-time prices that were already discounted at your original purchase
