When will my refund be processed?

Quick answer

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post it to your account.

Refund timeline

  1. Day 0 — You ship the return (keep the tracking number)
  2. Day 2–5 — Package arrives at our Montréal store
  3. Day 5–7 — We inspect the piece and confirm eligibility
  4. Day 7–10 — We process the refund through our payment processor
  5. Day 10–15 — Funds appear on your statement (timing depends on your bank)

How you'll know

  • We email a confirmation the moment the refund is issued
  • The email includes the refund amount and the last 4 digits of the card
  • Credit card refunds appear under "Bijouterie Jamil" or "BJAMIL"

Refund methods

  • Credit card — back to the same card used at checkout
  • Debit / Interac — back to the same account
  • PayPal — back to your PayPal balance
  • Store credit — applied to your account immediately upon inspection
  • Cash or bank transfer — only for in-store original purchases
